Our year-round programs at schools and community organizations integrate dance and STEM in electrifying tech-infused dance performances.
Camp
Connect girls to an unforgettable three weeks over the summer exploring what’s possible when you combine STEM + dance.
College Access
Support for girls who have participated in a STEM From Dance program and are either approaching high school graduation or have graduated. This program will launch soon.
Claire
Claire has been dancing for 12 years, and after taking some computer science courses at school, she found herself curious about how to incorporate this art into other aspects of her life. She researched how STEM and dance can relate and stumbled upon STEM From Dance. Through her participation in our summer program, Claire found a place where she could improve her STEM and dance skills while combining the two. Claire also gained other skills. “I learned to develop more leadership skills that helped me with running clubs this year, and it helped me become more proactive in my life. And now, if I want something to happen, I just take action and do it because that's what I've learned from Girls Rise Up.”
